Question: How do I cancel a subscription on your store?

Answer:

  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page
  3. Click Payments
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions

Please note that after cancelling a payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement, you are still required to pay the merchant for the goods or services you received. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.


Question: What do I need to do to have my ranks transferred to my new account?

Answer:

  1. Purchase a rank transfer here
  2. Link BOTH the old account and the new account to your Discord
  3. Join our Discord
  4. Create a ticket here
